Our standard coaster measures 100 x 100 x 10mm this coaster fits a wide range of cups & mugs; from tea, coffee to beer & Gin!
Simply wipe over the surface with a damp cloth. Then buff with a dry cloth to keep it looking amazing for years to come.
Be aware, wood is a natural product, therefore grain and colour may differ between coasters.

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept returns due to the personal nature of many of our items. Please ensure all personalisation has been inputted correctly including checking for spelling errors, as we are unable to correct errors made as a result of the customer.
If a product is recieved faulty or damaged please contact us within 48 hours of tracking details showing the item as being delivered. Failure to notify us of any damage during this 48hr period will result in us not being able to exchange the damaged item or refund you accordingly.
Bisons Woodcrafts will offer a refund or replacement and will also cover the cost of return providing the above conditions are met. If a refund is requested for a faulty product, Bisons Woodcrafts will refund the full cost of the original order along with any assocated shipping & handling costs.
All returns require approval by Bisons Woodcrafts prior to being made. You should contact customer services before making any return. Bisons Woodcrafts reserve the right to refuse any return made without prior authorisation.
All orders are usually processed between 1-4 business days from the day the order is placed, and shipped within 4 - 5 business days after processing. (Expected arrival time between 7-10 days). Evri is our primary Shipping method and all of our orders are shipped based on weight:
0-1kg - £3
1-2kg - £4.50
2-10kg - £6.50
10kg & up - £10
local delivery is available within the carlisle and surrounding area at a cost of £2.50
